• Preventive maintenance: Monthly or quarterly visits to inspect, lubricate and adjust the equipment
• Service and repair: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems
• Code upgrades: Install or replace equipment per Illinois requirements
• Modernizations: Replace obsolete equipment to bring it up to current code
