Whether you’re an experienced building owner looking for a maintenance quote, a customer that got sticker shock with an estimate for some service work, or someone that’s only ridden in an elevator a few times and now is in charge of getting maintenance done, we will take the time to talk to you. We’ll walk you through the steps of getting or staying compliant with Illinois rules, and will make sure your inspections always happen before the deadline.

Our contracts are fair and balanced. When repairs are needed, we’ll take the time to explain the problem and the solution and estimate the cost up front. Our prices are very competitive because we keep our overhead low.
